Título: Optimal Estimate Training 2 (OET-2)

Resumo: A supervised learning algorithm for multilayer perceptrons (Optimal Estimate Training 2 – OET2) has been devoloped to overcome shortcomings of the generalized delta rule with backward error propagation. OET2 is particularly useful for real-word pattern recognition problems where very large training sets are necessary.
