Título: Aplicações de Sistemas Especialistas e Redes Neurais na Petrobras

Resumo: This paper presents some examples of application of expert system and neural net in Petrobras. Experts systems valorise the people’s knowledge (engineers and operators) in order to help operators during their activities improving safety and profitability of industrial units. Neural net is used to valorise data and to implement virtual sensors.
