Título: Sistema de Informação Geográfica para Auxiliar a Implantação e Avaliação de Provedores de Internet (SIGAIAPI)

Resumo: This research project has as objective to develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) that contains information on the Internet access providers in the state of Rio de Janeiro from Brazil. This information is related with population and with the quality of the lines of public telephony and lines for communication of data. The GIS developed will offer consultations about the best options to implant access providers and their virtual stores.
