Título: Escalas de Medição dos Graus de Adaptabilidade e Inteligência de Agentes Cognitivos

Resumo: This paper proposes a methodology for conceiving measurement scales for both adaptability and intelligence degrees of cognitive agents. Those scales are composed of a sequence of levels, which are related to the different environments in which the agent is placed. Initially, that agent does not retain any information about the environment and it must learn via an interaction process with both the environment and other agents. One of the proposed scales measures the agent performance for activities that are accomplished without changes of symbolic information (adaptability degree), and another scale measures the capability of the agent to deal with symbolic information (symbolic intelligence degree).
